NALITS Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its business activities and supply chains. This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
Our Business and Supply Chains
NALITS Ltd is a UK-based enterprise AI, data, cyber, and cloud engineering consultancy. Our supply chain includes technology vendors, cloud service providers, recruitment partners, and training content providers. We work primarily with UK and EU-based suppliers who share our commitment to ethical practices.
Our Policies
We maintain the following policies to prevent modern slavery:
- Anti-Slavery Policy — Prohibits any form of forced labour, bonded labour, or human trafficking in our operations.
- Whistleblowing Policy — Encourages all employees and contractors to report concerns without fear of retaliation.
- Recruitment Policy — Ensures all workers have valid documentation and are engaged voluntarily.
- Supplier Code of Conduct — Requires our suppliers to adhere to the same standards.
Due Diligence

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the NALITS Ltd website, the engagement of our consultancy services, and enrolment in our training programmes. By using our website, engaging our services, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms.
2. Consultancy Services
NALITS Ltd provides AI, data, cyber, and cloud engineering consultancy services. Each engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or Services Agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
3. Training Programmes
Enrolment in our training programmes is subject to a free initial skills assessment. Fees are charged weekly at the published rate. Participants may withdraw at any time with written notice. Refunds are governed by the terms set out in the enrolment agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed by NALITS Ltd in the course of delivering consultancy services remains the property of NALITS Ltd until full payment is received, at which point IP transfers to the client as specified in the SoW. Training materials are licensed for personal use only.
5. Limitation of Liability
NALITS Ltd's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services or use of this website is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry data is retained for 2 years. Client data is retained for 6 years after engagement completion.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
